If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@primeledmodules.com to request a custom shipping quote. Our team will manually check shipping availability and provide you with the best rate for your destination.
2. Warehousing & Fulfillment
primeledmodules operates local warehouses in the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Japan.
If the ordered item is in stock at a local warehouse, your order will be shipped domestically. Otherwise, it will be fulfilled from our China warehouse.

4. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
5. Customs Duties
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees based on your country’s regulations.
These costs are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer if applicable.
6. Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original condition, with packaging intact.
- Customers must contact us first at info@primeledmodules.com to obtain return authorization.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
